South Eastern Railway Recruitment 2023 for Apprentices : കൊൽക്കത്ത ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള സൗത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റേൺ റെയിൽവേയിലും ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ ഗോരഖ്പുർ ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള നോർത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റേൺ റെയിൽവേയിലും അപ്രന്റിസ്ഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചു.
ഐ.ടി.ഐ.ക്കാർക്കാണ് അവസരം. സൗത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റേൺ റെയിൽവേയിൽ 1785 ഒഴിവും നോർത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റേൺ റെയിൽവേയിൽ 1104 ഒഴിവുമുണ്ട്. വിവിധ ട്രേഡുകളിലായാണ് അവസരം.
സൗത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റേൺ റെയിൽവേ വിവിധ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പുകളിലും ഡിപ്പോകളിലുമാണ് പരിശീലനം.
ട്രേഡ് തിരിച്ച് തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന മെറിറ്റ് ലിസ്റ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയായിരിക്കും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്.
ട്രേഡുകൾ : ഫിറ്റർ, ടർണർ, ഇലക്ട്രീഷ്യൻ, വെൽഡർ (ജി . ആൻഡ്.ഇ.), മെക്കാനിക് (ഡീസൽ), മെഷീനിസ്റ്റ്, പെയിന്റർ (ജനറൽ), റെഫ്രിജറേറ്റർ ആൻഡ് എ.സി. മെക്കാനിക്, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ആൻഡ് മെക്കാനിക്, കേബിൾ ജോയിന്റർ/ക്രെയിൻ ഓപ്പറേറ്റർ, കാർപെന്റർ, പെയിന്റർ, ടർണർ, മെഷീനിസ്റ്റ്, വയർമാൻ, വൈൻഡർ (അർമേച്ചർ), ലൈൻമാൻ, ട്രിമ്മർ, മെക്കാനിക് മെഷീൻ ടൂൾ മെയിന്റനൻസ്, ഫോർജർ ആൻഡ് ഹീറ്റ് ട്രീറ്റർ.
പ്രായം : 01.01.2024 – ന് 15-24 വയസ്സ്. ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധിയിൽ സംവരണ വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് നിയമാനുസൃത ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും.
യോഗ്യത : പ്ലസ്ടു സമ്പ്രദായത്തിലൂടെ കുറഞ്ഞത് 50 ശതമാനം മാർക്കോടെ നേടിയ പത്താംക്ലാസ് വിജയവും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ട്രേഡിൽ ഐ.ടി.ഐ. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും (എൻ. സി.വി.ടി./എസ്.സി.വി.ടി.)
ഫീസ് : വനിതകൾക്കും എസ്.സി, എസ്.ടി, ഇ.ഡബ്ല്യു.എസ്. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്കും ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്കും ഫീസ് ഇല്ല. മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് 100 രൂപ.
ഒ.ബി.സി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് മൂന്നു വർഷത്തെ ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും. ഭിന്ന ശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് 10 വർഷത്തെ ഇളവുണ്ട്.

Educational Qualification:
Matriculation (Matriculate or 10th class in 10+2 examination system) from a recognized Board with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate (excluding additional subjects) and an ITI Pass certificate (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) granted by the NCVT/SCVT.

Salary: The candidates finally engaged will be provided Stipends at the prescribed rate per the provision.
Selection Process for Railway Apprentice Recruitment:
- Selection will be based on the merit list prepared (Trade-wise) for all the candidates who apply against the notification in their respective trades.
- The merit list in each trade will be prepared as a percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks.
- For the percentage of matriculation, marks obtained by the candidates in all subjects will be reckoned and not based on marks of any subject or group of subjects.
- Shortlisted candidates, thus enlisted in respective trades, will be called for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times the notified vacancies.
- A final merit list will be prepared trade-wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
- Candidates finally enlisted would be subject to document verification of original testimonials and being found fit in the appropriate medical examination as per Medical Proforma.
